FloodAlert from LS Control is a flood alarm for engineering rooms and other rooms where you would like to be alerted as soon as possible if there is advancing water on the floor. This is to reduce any water damage.
FloodAlert consists of a moisture meter, 1 m moisture strip and an i-MessageAlarm. Moisture strip is attached to the floor and the moisture meter then monitors how much moisture is on the floor. At 80% humidity, i-MessageAlarm is activated, which alerts with light and sound to increased moisture in the room and at the same time sends SMS or e-mail to the preselected address. It is a requirement that i-MessageAlarm is connected to the internet in order to function.
Please note that FloodAlert is an alarm for monitoring premises and cannot be used as security equipment in relation to monitoring persons and/or animals.
