SpeedControl 1047 is an inverter for control of 3-phased PMSM motors from 1,1 – 1,5 kW / 3×5.5A supplied by 1-phase. The inverter is supplied in a metal enclosure for demanding environment and supplied with a heat sink with horizontal ribs. A mounting bracket for maounting the inverter in tricky places is included. The mounting bracket is to be mounted with screws onto the inverter and then pushed into place and fastened with screws.
At sufficient airflow through the cooling ribs there are no need for active cooling which makes the sound level of SpeedControl 1047 very low. Furthermore, the SpeedControl 1047 is maintenance free – all parts are integrated within the inverter and no extra capacitors nor induction coils are necessary.
SpeedControl 1047 is designed especially for the growing market of energy saving ventilators, heat pumps and air handling units. .
SpeedControl 1047 uses the newest technology within sensorless controlling of motors. However, the inverter must be adjusted to fit the specific motor profile in order to obtain the optimum performance and energy savings.
