i-MessageAlarm is a very versatile alarm, which besides using sound and light to alert also is able to send an e-mail and possibly a sms when there is an alarm.
The alarm is particularly suitable for surveillance of eg. refrigerator / freezer rooms, humidity /moist in basements, equipment rooms or other surveillance tasks where 24 hour surveillance is required but personnel is not on 24 hour shifts.
Hence i-MessageAlarm alerts according to a potential free contact set any sensor can be used. Only imagination sets the limit for type of monitoring.
i-MessageAlarm has a special setting for monitoring temperature if a NTC sensor is connected which makes it possible to get an alarm both when temperature fall below or rise above preset temperatures in the monitored room.
The integrated web-server in the i-MessageAlarm is used for control and configuration of the unit via Ethernet Network or via the internet. It is also this integrated webserver which makes it possible for the i-MessageAlarm to alert via e-mail.
Note; i-MessageAlarm does not require sim-card.
i-MessageAlarm has built-in battery backup in case of power failure.
