This sturdy CO2 sensor is part of a system which is specially developed for use in refrigerator and freezer plants. The system consists of the CO2 sensor high range (item no. 49125) and the CO2 High Range Alarm (item no. 49124). The complete system cn be bough using the item number 40840 (CO2 High Range Alarm Complete).
The CO2 Sensor is supplied in a strong aluminum cabinet and equipped with a heating element ensuring reliable operation down to -25°C. The Sensor must be mounted relatively close to the floor (20-70cm above floor) where the CO2 concentrations are highest.
CO2 Sensor High Range uses the widely used ABC algorithm, which ensures long life without calibration. Only the room cannot be used constantly, but must regularly get sufficient airflow to lower the CO2 to fresh air level.
